PURPOSE OF EVENT:
Three reasons:
(1). To celebrate Labor Day
(2). To raise money and food for Northwest Harvest
(3). To socialize, dance, drink and be merry with friends.
PLACE: Cumberland Ranch
COST: As always FREE !!
We do have two (2) and ONLY two request
(1). Be happy & bring a smile
(2). Bring a potluck food item & a couple of
cans of food for Northwest Harvest.

DANCE TIME: 7:00 PM till 11:00 PM
FOOD TO BRING: Potluck picnic food items. Barbecue pits.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
We need some of the following volunteers and we will be more than glad to explain the role, it is not to be a job or to keep anyone from enjoying the party. If we had enough volunteers, then everyone could only do a task for a short duration or periodically when needed throughout the day & evening. We live in a greedy society, but we know that those who attend the Cumberland Pell Parties are a different breed.
_____ Parking lot attendants.
_____ Garbage detail, keeping the cans free and clear.
_____ Eating area clean & keep plates & utensils ready for use.
_____ Horseshoe Game Competition scorekeeping, & keeping the game going.
_____ Christmas Tree Racing Game Competition score keeping.
_____ Runner to check on what Commander Bob needs done, pass messages, etc.
Radio's will be provided by "The Cowboy Net".
_____ Potluck food Coordinator is needed NOW !!!
_____ Setup Crew of four or more individuals for Dance floor, tables, chairs, etc.
_____ Clean up Crew !!
